When i got married i weighed a lean 165 LBS, I got as high as 220 LBS. 50+ lbs ugh, WHAT HAPPENED ZOMG!!!! so yeah i was 19 when i got married and yes i filled out when i was done with puberty. but i need to change, i am a fat 25 year old that works in an office on my butt all day. so here i am on the interwebz taking control (at least that is the idea). I am going to record my weight, measurements and body fat% on a weekly basis at first and move towards a fortnightly posting habit after a month. The idea behind this is that i will feel a commitment to my diet and weight routine.
The plan: eating mostly protein (i like to call BROTEIN!(so money)) and vegetables. my goal is to be to single digits in the body fat percent in 6 months. that is ~5% body fat lost a month. A lofty goal of 1.25% body fat lost a week. I might be a wee bit over zealous with this goal, that is ok i want to stretch my self. The reason i am going off body fat% is that i am trying to put muscle on during the process if all goes well i will like Hercules's brother!
