My current mesurments are as follows

210 lbs

30% body fat

means about 60lbs of fat and 150lbs of lean body weight.

At the gym I did:

lat pull down 12 reps @120lbs
shoulder press machine 7 reps @140lbs

this will be workout A. the next weight work out will be on Friday.
